Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow its progress.

📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
You’ll receive:

  1. Order Confirmation – right after purchase

  2. Shipping Confirmation – when your package leaves our studio

  3. Delivery Update – when it’s on your doorstep

During holidays or new collection launches, please allow a few extra days as we pour and pack every candle by hand.

We ship with trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS to ensure your candles arrive safely and quickly.
Transit times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within:

  • 2–5 business days (U.S. domestic)

  • 7–14 business days (U.S. territories)
