🕯️ What kind of wax do you use?

All Ever After Candle Co. candles and wax melts are made with a 100% plant-based blend of soy, coconut, and apricot waxes.
They’re vegan, biodegradable, and free from paraffin, ensuring a clean, even burn every time.

🌿 Are your products non-toxic?

Yes! Every candle is crafted with phthalate-free, paraben-free, and toxin-free fragrance oils.
We never use carcinogens, reproductive toxins, or mutagens — just clean ingredients you can feel good about burning in your home.

🔥 What type of wicks do you use?

We use both wooden and cotton wicks depending on the vessel and scent.
Our cotton wicks are paper-woven and lead-free, while our wood wicks are sustainably sourced and give off a soft crackling sound.

⏳ How long do your candles burn?

  • 9oz Candle: 45–55 hours

  • 11oz Candle: 60–70 hours

  • 8oz Tin: 35–40 hours

  • 3oz Mini: 10–12 hours
    Burn times vary depending on wick care, environment, and burn habits.

✂️ How should I care for my candle?

  • Trim the wick to ⅛″ before each burn.

  • Allow a full melt pool to reach the edges before extinguishing.

  • Burn for 3–4 hours at a time for best results.

💜 Why does my candle look slightly uneven or frosted?

Because our waxes are natural and plant-based, slight frosting or texture changes are normal and a sign of a clean formulation.
It won’t affect performance or scent throw — it’s simply nature being beautiful.

🧼 Can I reuse my candle jar?

Absolutely! Once ½″ of wax remains, stop burning, clean out the jar, and repurpose it.
Our vessels make great planters, pen holders, or vanity organizers.
You can also recycle them through your local glass program.

💌 Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes! We proudly partner with boutiques and gift shops through Faire and direct wholesale.

🚚 When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.
During new collection launches or holidays, please allow a few extra days for processing.
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

🏠 Do you offer local pickup in Tampa, FL?

Yes! Local pickup is available for select orders.
Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll email you when your order is ready.

🎁 Do you offer custom candles or favors?

We do! Custom labels, scents, and event favors are available for weddings, corporate gifts, and special occasions.
